If the parts was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier.
All our machinery have a 12 month warranty from the shipping date in China. Parts damaged due to fault of operators and Consumptive parts are not covered.

Yes, if you need we can send our technician to your factory for installation and a training. But your side need afford the cost for round trip air ticket and accommodation, and a extra USD50 per day as allowance.
